Exotic Veterinary Nurse Training is passionate about the care of Australian wildlife within veterinary clinics.

We have been providing wildlife treatment training to veterinary staff since 2019 via webinars, seminars and hands on workshops, but now we would like to announce our newest venture.

​

The 'Wildlife and Exotic resource manual for veterinary staff' will be a self published, easy to use quick reference guide for veterinary staff that will give them access to the following lists;

​​​

• Wildlife carers listed per area, including contact details, what species they are happy to accept and other relevant details

• Vets and vet clinics that have capabilities to do further work on wildlife/have special interest in seeing wildlife

• Wildlife hospitals

• Wildlife rescue groups

• Exotic friendly vet clinics

• Exotic veterinary specialists

• Exotic pet sitters

• Exotic pet hotels

This manual will be an 'opt in' resource, that is updated yearly. There is not and will never be a fee for wildlife carers to be included in the list. The 2024 edition resource will be made available for sale to veterinary staff and clinics in November 2023.
